Mercy Home Spring Gala at Trump International

The Mercy Home for Boys and Girls is hosting its second annual “Have Mercy” Spring Gala on May 9th at Trump International, and invites you to attend. This year’s gala is sponsored by the organization’s Junior Board, an association of young professionals that supports the mission of Mercy Home through fund raising and volunteer activities. The evening includes cocktails, appetizers, dancing, networking and karaoke. However, the most valuable inclusion is the opportunity to support the mission of the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls as well, with the purchase of just one ticket, on sale for $90 through April 24 (ticket prices increase to $100 after this Friday!).

Mercy Home for Boys and Girls is a Catholic organization that assists families and children in need, saving lives by providing a home, mentors, and public awareness. The long-term residential home serves children ages 11-21 in 14 residences, which offer structure, independence, round-the-clock therapy and tutoring.

As the spring gala is hosted by the Junior Board, it’s a great opportunity for young professionals in particular to network and learn how to become a mentor themselves, and how to begin giving back to the community with instruction from other like-minded members. “Our objective is to promote the mission by engaging young professionals through social, volunteer and fund raising activities.”

Mercy Home looks forward to your contribution this May 9th. And, with your generous ticket donation, you may also enter your name in the Have Mercy! Raffle, for only an additional $20 (or $100 for six entries). The winner will receive a roundtrip flight and hotel for two to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, sponsored by Carol’s Travel Sevice, Inc., Apple Vacations, and Sheraton Buganvilias. For gala tickets or additional information, log onto their website or call direct, 312-738-7578.
